Bitcoin doesn't need yet another user-submitted pool of confusion and reputation farming branded as a review site. Wanting to help people who have or who may be fleeced is all well and good, but there are specific tools available for taking responsibility, figuring stuff out, and communicating this to others, the WoT (http://bitcoin-otc.com/) principally among them.

Speaking of which, what is this Moriarty Bitcoin Network? Why are you appending it as though you were speaking with authority bestowed upon you by the mere fact of capitalization? That sort of thing won't fly here; you'll have to put in the work (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=124441.0).
