Is it only illegal if it involves a publicly traded stock? I would love to join a class action against some of the tossers around here.

This would be very hard to prove. Secondly unless you could prove to the court that you have suffered a financial loss due to advice given personally to you them any action would fail.
I would suggest therefore that any proposed action would fail and would be a waste of money. Forums are not professional advice upon which you should rely to make an investment. |
