You should move (see left-bottom of this page) this thread to Reputation or Scam Accusations. I'm unsure what he's trying to accomplish with the way he creates those links. It could be he's a confused Newbie who got scammed through that link, and now posts it as a warning, but that would be a very dumb way to handle this.
