I have heard that some people have been able to get USB out of gox by requesting a manual wire, but that costs 5%. You're probably better off sending the coins over to Coinbase and doing a withdraw there.
If you're patient, do what I do: Sell on gox, and hold until gox and coinbase's prices are similar and then cash out. I've done this a few times and was able to maximize my money that way.
