Post by: miaviator on January 22, 2014, 04:44:52 AM
Where did the bfl FPGAs go?

Anyone got one?

Inaba?

What else is in the box?

What's in the F*king Box?

Want to sell them?

BFL shipped hundreds of them.  Is there a mass FPGA graveyard in Inaba's basement?

No.  I'm staying out of Inaba's yard.  I do want to know what's in the box.

I actually would like the FPGA's to mine with and a few to send off for uh "research."

Mostly I want to know if there is a stack of a 100 or so I can get cheap.

Risers, adapters, a kill-a-watt that needs a new thermal breaker, said singles, couple sticks of RAM, fans, shit. Who knows what else...

I'm only partially attached to them.  What you got up your sleeve?

I was wondering about this just the other day.

How much for the singles or the box (with it's contents)?

Genius! A little tweak on an outdated FPGA miner, and what can it do? Mine alt coins.

Oddly enough I was looking at uses outside of the crypto-currency world.  It would just make sense that these would be sitting in the coffee cup warehouse at BFL waiting to be re-purposed.  I mean, they don't have any ASIC's to store soooo.
