I have a feeling that blockchain.info is not relaying these - ie they are invisible to the network as a whole. I imported the first private key into mycellium, and there is no sign of a transaction. Looking through their unconfirmed transaction page, there are hundreds of unconfirmed transactions over the last few hours with the expected fees (all relayed by blockchain.info). Someone with a more technical understanding than me may be able to explain what is going on. That's correct, looks like there is some problem with their server/site.
