Laser engraved on the blade and butt with the Bitcoin logo comes with wooden case. Project: I was inspired by iluvbitcoins (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=337097) 'Bitcoin Knives'. I wanted to change it up and offer a proper sized chef knife as it's something I personally would love and use daily. After some internal feedback I felt that there might be some members who love cooking and a high quality graded knife would make your time in the kitchen that much better. The Prototype knife: Made in China of AUS-10 metal with authentic natural wood grain handle. The box is sourced from a local chef store. Note: Neither this knife or box are a finished project and with anything the design and sourcing might change. The projects moving forward: I am working with a company out of Japan for a knife made out of VG-10 with authentic certification. VG-10 is like the lambo of metal when it comes to knives and authentically only is sourced from Japan. I'm also exploring options with a local blacksmith who would fabricate them by hand.
