Title: Newbie Question Post by: coine on January 23, 2014, 01:46:04 AM When I go to any board but the Newbie board, I am able to press reply or make a new topic, but in the Newbie board these buttons are not available. I was under the impression I had to make 1 post and lurk 5 hours before I could post, so i'm confused.

Perhaps the mods are just trying it out to see what affect it has on the forum, they could quite easily revert back to the old system are come up with another one.
