I understand that is difficult to trust new service, but with time new users will write up their experiences. I employ you to try and sign up and play around with the system, then you can make your suggestions or you can condemn the project. We are open to your advice.

Your site need to be open-source, and it should be reviewed by some trusted members here, before we feel comfortable using your service.

Am not against trusted members reviewing this site, in fact it will be my delight to see them do that and make their commendations or condemnations.
But, this project cannot be an open source because is a business, no one sees the source codes of yahoo or Google.

We use cloudfare service but this is definitely not our IP address, perhaps this IP address belongs to them.

If you won't show us your project as open-source,you can forget about users that will use your service.
You should understand,that your service IS NOT very neccessary for bitcoin and litecoin community,but it will be nice to have trustable online wallet.

We have all been burned by people with great, even stellar, reputations.  The point is, you don't even have any rep here so no one will trust you with their coins.  So far every single attempt at an online bank or wallet has turned out to be a scam or has been hacked.  It will be up to you to prove you are different.  Opening up your source so we can help you find your security holes is a small step in the right direction.  Even with that you will have a hard time with this idea.

Reputation in any business requires sometime, time will time the usefulness of this service and the genuinity of the project.

Sounds good but some more details would be good.
How much of your funds are in cold storage or are all in a hotwallet ?
What security do you have to be able to protect our coins ?
Most bitcoiners are more interested in security.

How do we know?  We asked for open source over a month ago and you were looking into it.  What happened?

I strongly suggest no one deposit anything into this "wallet".

Sorry, this is a business, making it an  open source is no more a business.
And for people depositing into the wallet well, sorry to disappoint, we
have had some deposits and some merchants using the system to sell their
goods. I believe is a matter of time, before we earn the full trust of the bitcoin
and litecoin community as it is in every new business.

Many people trusted Mt. Gox - and look where that got them.

So you know how the food you eat at the restaurant is been prepared? Well, this is a Business and i guess making it an open source simply means no profit. But, you can suggest how some profit could be made when it's open source.
