Honestly, if you need to rely on someone's script to create an exchange you sure as hell shouldn't be running an exchange in the first place. There are countless potential bugs/security flaws that you would have to resolve in the future, and the "script" could actually be malicious and steal your coins. Do you honestly believe that a fully functioning, secure exchange would cost you 1 ETH? Hell no! In addition, as with any website the hardest part is getting consistent traffic (or in an exchange's case, volume). What is probably going to happen (assuming the script is legit) is you will end up with a website with absolutely no traffic. Are you prepared/aware of the work it takes to drive traffic to a website?
