You should always include the source when you put news like this. They are investigating manipulation in the exchanges, and for anyone it is very clear that this exists.

Do not panic with this information even if it is real, we must remain positive and patient. Some manipulations occur in china, and it can be seen in seratio tokens being manipulated by some people from china. And we are from developer seratio is looking to know and analyze it.

This is nothing new as people are pulling pumps and dumps all over the place. I am not sure what is their plan on how they want to stop this thing and punish people who are manipulating the space. This is on global scale now. I mean with stock market at least when such things are done within new York Stock Exchange or some other their laws apply. But with crypto where you even have some decentralized exchanges and when you don't actually know who is whoa as not even all exchanges require KYC well then it is much harder to find and punish people for doing it. I mean what we are talking about when whenever new coin gets listed on coinbase before the announcement that coin gets pumped, happened with BCH before as well as eth and ltc.

this news have 2 potential to make in market. The first one they will go after the ones who dump the btc and try to lower its price which is a good sign for us and the second one is they will also get after the ones who pump the price by making the btc a stable currency for long time.

They are accusing Bitcoin as a scam and cheat coin.. Because they are doing this already in their own fiat. Huge billionares are playing EUR/USD. They can do this because they can print a lot of $ usd fiat. Bitcoin cannot be controlled because it is decentralized! So please crypto haters, dont mess with Bitcoin!
