We spent 6 months of blood, sweat, and tears to develop a new cryptocurrency game called COIN DOGS. It’s no secret we were inspired by Cryptokitties but game play is much deeper. With Coin Dogs you can

If you only get 1/10 of the players
that Cryptokitties got, then you would still make bags full of money. Why did you chose to go with LiteCoin and not Bitcoin? I presume that you made the choice when Bitcoin still had scaling issues. Would you consider adding Bitcoin, after the testing of the Lightning Network is done? I think the LN will be much better for micro payment. ??? But I'm all wrong, I admit this is way more fun and interesting because you will earn through racing with the others. Also, having a chance to breed special animals like unicorn ans werewolf adds excitement to your game. Good luck to your project :)!

Maybe you should try to consider adding this as an option since this is the majority of crypto holders. Title: Re: New CRYPTO GAME: Coin Dogs Post by: robresno on May 27, 2018, 07:55:34 AM Thank you for the kind words. The decision to use LITECOIN was an easy one. We started the development with BITCOIN in mind however bitcoin transaction fees shoot to $30 to $50 levels in January with confirmation times around 1 hour with the possibility of stuck transactions hence rendering BTC totally useless for the game. Things have improved for BTC since then, but still not really comparable to $0.05 to $0.10 transaction fees and fast 2 minutes confirmations as with Litecoin. As of now, we feel Litecoin is the optimal currency for the game, if things change we can adjust or introduce multi-currency.

Looks like a fun game (you might want to consider developing it for Android/iOS platforms as well). Is there a limit for cashing out (didn't find a limit on "FAQ (https://coindogs.co/Faq)" page)? I think you should seriously consider adding Bitcoin again, because the Lightning Network will blow all competition out of the water, when it goes mainstream. The LN is going to be the default platform for gaming currencies, because it is going to be cheaper and faster than anything out there. There is no harm in giving multi-currency support a chance. ;) Just do not add Bitcoin Cash as a choice. ;D Title: Re: New CRYPTO GAME: Coin Dogs Post by: carlfebz2 on May 27, 2018, 04:44:14 PM Thank you for the kind words.
