Also, if you don't mind, could you explain to me a reason to switch from youtube playlists i use (w/ adblock) to spotify + premium? I have heard many good things about spotify, but still don't see what all the hype is about. If you can convince me, I'll probably buy a few months worth! :D

As for the why question, I use to do exactly what you do.  I was a little weary of switching but with the way YouTube has been going downhill (Dash Playback, issues streaming) I made the switch.  I do not miss it at all.  Spotify Premium gives you incredible stream speed (I have never lagged/stalled) and amazing quality.  I really like the "Top List" of the most played songs as a quick playlist and the Radio is amazing as well.  The song selection is everything you could want from YouTube.  They have every artist you can listen to even "YouTube Cover" artists.  Its a very simple easy to use program and the mobile application is really the icing.  Premium gives you full mobile use and that is really handy when you are away from your computer.

Wow! I wasn't expecting such a fast and detailed response. I will go first for sure m8, I trust you ^_^. I am very excited to finally have an easy option to listen to music on my phone now as well. If you don't me asking, how did you get these codes? (just curious :p)

do they work for spotify uk accounts or only for us?

They are US codes but if you login to your UK account through a US VPN or proxy you will be able to add the codes. Then when you login normally without the vpn/proxy the months will still be applied to your account.

If you can guarantee they do work with my uk account I'll happily buy you one. I do have uk and us vpn services hired, so that shouldn't be an issue. I usually connect threw the uk vpn in order to keep my account active. I stop paying the premium because pp ask for uk papers for my uk pp account, which I don't have. But I have all my playlists there so I would like to keep using the uk account.

Are these codes related to any Phone Operator ? If so be careful …
Spotify will probably disable your account after the 1st or 2nd month.

I bought 2 years ago some similar offer on Ebay (for a one year subscription to Spotify)
but one for myself, one for my gf, one for my brother and another one for a friend…
All of them went DOWN on the 3rd months for the luckiest of the group (mine stopped on the 2nd month).

So even tho it's quite cheap, you will be warned…

I can understand your worries after what happened to you.  I am sorry to hear that happened.

I can however assure you that these are legit codes.  I bought them in bulk from a store going out of business.  I am just looking to make a small profit off of each month.
