PLZ CAN SOME1 HELP ME GET MY ACCOUNT UNFREEZED OFF YOBIT ILL PAY


so basically account got froze last night, tried contact on twitter, tried support tickets on their site but no reply

any1 else been through this recently? would love to know your situation

think it might be due to posting in the chat box telling people to buy a crypto

just hope it unfreezes my account as well

Unfortunately, no one can't help you from this mere forum you're only choice is to message them or apply for a support ticket and wait until they resolve your issue, but sadly they're known as one of the worst exchanges that has the worst customer support, they will reply you or resolve your problem after several weeks or months you're lucky if they respond you asap.

But the only reason here is why you're account has been freeze, while most services do that when a user breaks the terms and rules of the site, or I might guess that's the way yobit do their business which is fraudulent actions.

Is anyone having this issue? Absolutely. There is a ton of people who are unsatisfied with yobit one way or another, and when a problem occurs you simply can never get a response in time from yobit support. They don't even reply to you on twitter.

The chat ban can most likely be explained by you telling people to buy a certain crypto as that would constitute shilling. However, I don't know what triggered your entire balance to be frozen as well.

There isa  possibility that it could unfreeze by when your chat ban unfreezes as well. If it doesn't, then you'll need to wait a long time for support to respond to you.

account balance is well over $1.5k and my orders are still coming in on the markets

ive been on chat asking for a mod or admin but not found one yet, every 1 just tells me to shut up

It's more than the said date of removing the ban on chat.

Don't listen to those people that tells you to shut up or you are too severe in shilling the coin that you are holding.

You have to wait until the chat ban gets removed and your freeze account will be gone too. Wait until the automatic removal of ban base on the given date.

I think your account is okay now right?
