Your thread leaves me with a few questions. I'd appreciate if you would answer them, either through PM, but preferably publicly.

How low is
Payment will be very low at first.
?

If you are asking for volunteers, that is one thing, but you should maybe disclose what you mean by "very low". Plus, there is a chance that your moderators will never see an increase in their pay should your gambling site prove unprofitable for whatever reason. How can your moderators have any verification of when your profits do or do not increase? There needs to be a more concrete arrangement than, "we'll pay you very low, and maybe raise it once something happens that you can't verify."

Oh, and why are you using a referral link to point at your own website?

Same question which i do observe where the link is indeed a referral one. I dont think op is the owner or just indirectly pronouncing thing indirectly just to get some ref sign-ups? This should really be clarified and also as you said he should disclosed on how low would be the pay, and the transparency should really be seen on moderators side to be fair at all.

Just spoke to a moderator on the site, they didn't make this thread, OP is probably just looking for clicks on his refferal link. Apparently the website will make a post on the forum soon, they're having it organized by a content manager.

That was my suspicion, when this newbie pops onto the forum and is advertising that they are hiring chat moderators, but then throws up a referral link to the gambling site. It just didn't seem like something that the staff would do, if they were interested in referrals they would probably acquire them organically and not through the application process of becoming moderator.
