You and many other people have been having problems after the Windows 10 update. It's not the same for all but some simply reinstall drivers to get things back up and running again. Mean, a lot of miners has the same issue with you OP. Earlier this year, an update caused the windows 10 to struck at boot screen after updating and they released patch after couple of days. but what about the people who were already affected. Mining with rx580 on windows 7. Hope there will be no problem with Windows 7.
