We´ve seen different scenarios where we had big weekend crashes and big weekend highs. The Bitcoin in theory is good but in fact it is nothing else than FIAT. Instead of banks are manipulating, @BTC whales are manipulating the market. Instead Gox's bid side would see a large decrease which would encourage panic selling.
