Believe it or not, Craigslist is sometimes useful for finding cheap, unlisted FSBO properties. (often a lot of scams & spam to sift through, though... definitely want to be more thorough in checking not just the condition of the house, but for back taxes and to ensure the city's lot record matches what's advertised)
