Can we compile a list of known businesses which do not convert 100% of their bitcoin to USD but actually use BTC for business expenses?

this would be good to see, but I would more almost more interested in seeing what companies horde some of the the bitcoin they gain from sales.

I can't imagine they'll be many. How many businesses can operate on Bitcoin alone?

I would love to spend bitcoins directly, but my main supplier doesn't accept it yet. I use BitPay for accepting bitcoins on my site, but I don't convert them to fiat there. I only sell the bitcoins when I have to. A few of my suppliers and contractors accept it though. Give it time and keep working on getting more businesses signed up.

Our offshore IT company pays bitcoin to some of our contractors abroad, especially to those who are located in countries with strict regulations and capital controls.
It's about $20k-$40k of USD value monthly.

Also our shareholders receive 50% of their dividends in bitcoin and keep it as savings.

Bitcoin is useless if everyone keep it in their savings...

In few years, I hope people will definitly use it as a real currency.

Bitcoin is like gold: you want to have it, for keeping it.

I hope russians will not be fought by russian central bank's FUD and will use bitcoin everything where it possible.

Unfortunately Russia suffers from too much central power. Maybe not on scale of China, but I don't see widespread bitcoin adoption in Russia whilst the current regime is in power.

Bitcoin is a currency and you can do what you want with it. Save or spend. There are people that do both or either.

Agreed. I believe in the currency but am treating it as an investment currently so I'm saving mine now until I can spend it on things I genuinely want and need.

Our company does - but we operate a bitcoin wallet company so, it's a bit different.  We accept btc via Bitpay and keep 20-100% of it in btc depending on the size of the order and how many dollars we need to fill the order.

I imagine that archive.org (http://archive.org) is still spending bitcoin on labour (http://blog.archive.org/2013/02/21/employees-to-be-paid-in-bitcoin-please-donate/).
