People having been waiting for months to get their USD withdrawals. Some decide not to wait anymore. They cancel the USD withdrawal, buy back some bitcoin, and make a BTC withdrawal instead. People like to use it as a guide because it always sounds higher but it's not a true reflection of the overall market.

They have basically distanced themselves from the US market since the whole Dwolla account seizure and then the CoinLab fiasco. The only way to get your money out in a timely manner is to convert it to BTC and withdraw it.
