WTF?? Have you heard all of the coins that SEVERELY CRASHED this morning on YOBIT??? WTF A friend lost 0.72 btc and there are massive complaints of major losses with LIZA, LAMBO, LIMBO AND LIZUN. Major complaints about LIZA. Devastating losses for some. I have a friend that was left completely devastated.

Does anyone have the inside scoop as to what could have happened???

people kept complaining about this exchange when we already tried to encourage to take their leave from those exchange.
so what should we do ? it's totally useless for you compalaining your problem with them.
unless you're taking a serious action such as legal suit or something like that.

please do your own research before storing your money into some exchange.
most of them did a dirty trick behind their costumer a lot of times already.

that's why you don't keep coins on an exchange if you can avoid it. always control your own crypto

Guys, why do you choose this exchange? There are enough verified exchanges. Do not make deposits on the YOBIT stock exchange, with a high probability that you will lose all the money

I have never liked this exchange, i was going to create an exchange few months ago but when i saw their listings i saw the exchange was full of shitcoins also the surfing quality was poor and slow so i skipped it, i think we should only use quality exchanges and we have plenty of them available now, stay away from cheap exchanges like yobit.

I don't really care about Yobit cause I don't like this exchange. It's just like shit :). It's the worst exchange I've ever known in my life :). I also lost about 1 BTC in here just because they lock withdrawal of some cryptocurrencies. LOL. Fuck this shit.

Yobit is the pinnacle of what could go wrong with an exchange, I have read most of the bad stuff happening on the exchange, I can't say I don't trade there but always conscious of what is happening in the space and never left my BTC on the exchange, after trading I move my fund from the exchange, very sorry for those people that were affected

Wont be surprised for those people who do make investments mostly on coins listed only into this shit exchange and lose up their money. Most coins listed on that exchange are shitty projects which should really be prone into dump and pump and not only that you would really experienced technical problems which will really end up on cursing out this exchange.I had already horrible experience with this one thats why i wont be surprised for people who do keep engaging themselves into this one.

Why you keep on staying on yobit?

These coins that are only existing on them is very shady, have sometime to stay on their website and read all the posts on the chat. You'll see on how many pump and dump messages are there so that's really cause probably by those groups or the yobit management itself.

stay away from yobit, if you want to be safe in your trading activity

All of those coins have created by yobit itself. Yobit is a scam exchange site and never try to fall into any shitcoin on yobit. The majority of them created by yobit itself and yobit was offering a big discount and a big investment return if you were putting your money on those coins. It's a scam exchange site and absolutely.

The essence of the problem is not quite clear. Your friend invested something and lost money? Then why did he invest and why is the exchange to blame for this? Otherwise, you have already been told that this is one of the exchanges with a dubious reputation, what for do you trade more than 0.5 btc, there?

Oh that's why some people irritated to yobit because of this news. That's why don't put my coins in exchange for a long time because some exchanges is not totally secured. It comes to money you change your mind for sake of money. So we need extra careful find exchange that you know is trusted. I mean a exchange that you never experienced that cause losing of your coins or bitcoin(money).

Yobit is a very speculative exchange so it is better not to trade there. coins which you wrote especially lizun is generally a Scam of some kind

Yobit ranks high on conimarketcap and has high liquidity with a full range of coins. There are some pump and dump groups in operation on that exchange so you can expect some volatility, but it still works otherwise no-one would use it

Exchange Yobit never had good performances) The Scam Exchange where they trade in non-existent coins. I did not use it as a trade exchange and I do not intend to.

honestly if your friend understands about yobit, then he will not touch the yobit, unless forced. there are many problems always experienced by users of yobits and coins that you say is one of the fraud under the guise of crypto from yobit. shitcoin made to attract investors who are greedy and want to get rich quick in one night.

These coins/tokens, which are traded only on this exchange, it is better not to trade. Comments on Yobit are such that it is better to stay away from this exchange.

I've never heard of these shitcoins before, so it isn't surprising that they crashed.  I assume that's the issue and not that they can't be withdrawn, right?  Also not sure what exactly yobit itself has to do with this, and it would be nice if OP gave a bit more detail about what happened.  They do list a bunch of shitcoins that have no buy orders whatsoever and for which there's no market.  I don't know if that's the case with the coins listed here, but given that they seem to be obscure, it wouldn't surprise me either.

I will echo everyone here who says yobit is a lousy exchange, because they are.  They're unregulated and I can't seem to find any information whatsoever about who's running it or who works there.  There have been a lot of scam accusation threads made about them, but a lot of them haven't been followed up on and some of those may have been resolved.  I do think people should avoid them like the plague, though.  There have been enough red flags in the past and there are enough competitors such that you should find another place to trade.

Never trade at Yobit or at least never withdraw USD from that exchange or you will lose money for sure. It's likely based in Russia and is reportedly under investigation from Russian authorities. There are so many better exchanges, why yobit?

I'm not surprised and you should too. Yobit is garbage of shitcoin, you must always expect bad things happen there. i don't care what happened with yobit but with this case i hope some ppl take down the site, forever.

Exactly. Even their signature campaign in the Overview of campaigns is stated as suspicious, because the company is experiencing some troubles. The Yobit Legendary account has red trust as well. I don't use Yobit since the time they banned me from participating in their signature campaign around 2 years ago. At that time there were no strict rules, so they kicked me out without having the strict right to do that.
I am sorry for the loss of your friend, but he will probably not get his money back...

Why are you using this exchange so far? This exchange is a full SCAM. On it you are constantly deceived, but you return to it anyway. Register better on normal crypto-exchanges.

it is strange that there are still so many people that trust and use yobit platform. first of all it has so many negative feedbacks from users, second they list only crap altcoins to manipulate and pump / dump. so i dont use and care about yobit at all.

The best comment on this thread I guess. Actually everyone who had a deal with Yobit know that this exchange is a scam, not direct scam , but they like to make pump and dump when people lost their money. So be careful with exchanges like Yobit, also be careful with Etherdelta and Deex and other shit exchanges. Instead of these scams use binance, OKEX, IDEX, cryptopia and other good trades.

No one do have that kind of inside scoop and you are not aware on whats the reputation of Yobit when it comes to pump and dump of coins inside of that exchange. Its been known to be the best place for shady and scammy acts either on the management itself or into those coins developers. Once you invested or bought then you are just likely digging up your own grave.

Research would always be the best weapon as an investor or trader and using up exchangers would always be the main priority because this is the medium on where we do make our trades and its just sensible act for us to do on select on the most reputable ones if we dont like to suffer any problems.
