After 9k satoshi, it was really hard to earn any satoshi because Coinlearn pay 1 satoshi per minute.

I don't think such kind of free BTC campaign is enough for anyone who wants to take BTC trading as a profession.

HA! So you need to have your tab open for basically 18 hours in order to get 10k satoshi.

This works out to being able to cash out ~$0.06 after all that work. Even for keeping your browser open for an hour it is really not worth it.

If bitcoin does worth a million dollar someday, you will regret why you spent time on faucets instead of doing a part-time job at mcdonalds and buying bitcoin with your wage. :)

This is really not something you should be trying to do if you are trying to profit.

Faucets are not for Bitcoin professionals. But for getting first hand in Bitcoin, they are great... especially for students.

Even for students, they could do a part-time job and earn a minimum wage which is way better than faucets (unless in some undeveloped countries)...

Why would you even bother to try to earn .0002 BTC over a month? This works out to be roughly $0.12! Most people could find this much by looking under the pillows on their couch.

If u count faucet as your primary source of income of a month, then I must say, u r on a wrong track.

Exactly. Faucets are never an effective way to earn money or bitcoin.
Even if you use multiple faucets and spend 10 hours a day in front of your computer, you will probably just get pennies.

You can check post #125 above to see the payments in August. As you can see in the blockchain.info links, most of the users are getting just 0.0001 btc to 0.0002 btc (~$0.04 to $0.08) a month.

That is because CoinLearn.org pays 0.0002 btc at most per user per pay cycle from direct earning. If u want to earn more, u need to embed uR referral link across the web...

Yup, if you have a large number of active referrals, you can get much much larger payment and way less work to do.
But it is not easy to get referrals unless you have an active blog or website.

Making money is never easy. Now, if it is recurring earning with no extra work, then the foundation work gotta be a little difficult ;)

It has been stated multiple times that the trick to earn from CoinLearn.org is to use the referral scheme they offer. Create your referral and spread it across different internet forum, facebook and twitter... then see the magic. ;)

Why only CoinLearn? Every Bitcoin faucet works the same way:)
It's impossible to earn with them unless you have a bunch of referrals.

There is another trick. Some faucets including CoinLearn.org offers to redeem your earning by offering ad spot on the site. These spots actually generate high traffic. If u can win such a spot (for CoinLearn.org it is at the bottom right of the home page) and place a referral of a gambling site, it works like a charm. ;)

In my oppinion it was a cool idea to learn about bitcoin and earn some satoshies while you do that, but the information is just so little and you can read it in like 5 min and also to reach the minimum cashout the prize is reduced drastically

I guess it goes to show that it's always a good idea to register the domain first (I should know, I once missed out on a domain that I wanted by 7 days). Coinlearn.com doesn't look like a typical domain squatter and they seem to have actual plans for their site. This could be a good thing if the site ends up being good but it could also be a bad thing if it further adds to the confusion.
