Title: Cryptsy, Help needed!! Post by: mashac on January 28, 2014, 12:33:46 PM I booked a ticket on cryptsy 5 days ago about the disappearence of my BTC after a trade. I didn't get any responses or emails from them till now. But from yesterday an agent is assigned and my ticket status shows "Awaiting your reply". To what do I reply here..? What's the next step of the process..? Some body please help.. Screenshot below..
