Title: blockchain.info says i have 2 factor enabled, but i don't
Post by: tiptopgemdotcom on January 28, 2014, 02:45:39 PM
I never added two-factor authentication to my wallet but now it won't let me in.  I have never added two-factor authentication to any service ever.  This is strange.  And the wallet has a good number of coins in it!

Chances are someone compromised your account and added 2FA to keep you out.

You should immediately change passwords on all important services you use (and add 2FA where available), thoroughly check your computer for malware and contact Blockchain.info support.

Send a support ticket to blockchain.info and ask them for a list of IP addresses that last log in to your account. Then change all passwords of all accounts of everything, and run a security check on your PC.

For a tip I'm willing to help you get back access by communicating with blockchain and then get on skype or whatever and help you setup logging, google auth and set good passwords (only you will know) PM me if interested.
