I have never added two-factor authentication to any service ever. This is strange. And the wallet has a good number of coins in it!

Chances are someone compromised your account and added 2FA to keep you out. You should immediately change passwords on all important services you use (and add 2FA where available), thoroughly check your computer for malware and contact Blockchain.info support. Then change all passwords of all accounts of everything, and run a security check on your PC.
