If you can create some distance from the Graviex interface by changing things, maybe the arrangement of the various areas on the exchange and perhaps offer a light and dark mode, that would be great.

As to why the exchanges look all alike is because they're using the same "originally deprecated" Open-Source crypto exchange platform called Peatio: https://github.com/peatio/peatio. You could try to install it locally and you have the exact same exchange as Graviex, Maplechange & Coinstock (there are a lot more out there). If they have not severely changed/updated the RoR (Ruby on Rails) the platform has a lot of vulnerabilities (not saying the above have not updated the code). PS.
