Yes, there will be a pre sale - it's scheduled to be around July.
Out of 1,000,000,000 CLB (1 billion CLB) maximum supply, the hard cap is 540,000,000 CLB (540 million CLB). In Ethereum that would roughly be about 37,200 ETH. There is no soft cap.

It looks like a good korean project. Security is now a matter of great importance. You have good partners.

Yes, with cryptocurrencies and the blockchain technology starting to take deeper root in today's world, security should be up to par with it. Not just for big organizations too, it's more important that individuals with limited access to a wide range of security solutions are protected.

Yes, a reverse ICO is launched by existing companies that already have a working product and existing customers. Kik and Telegram are two successful examples of a reverse ICO. Hopefully Cloudbric can become one too!

guys one question, your hardcap is so low then why people are not investing in it, I mean is it a marketing issue or what?

too many ico's i would say and now investors get confused about which one to invest on that will be more profitable, in spite of doing more research about a project, many can't still figure out which is best to invest on that will yield good returns, nowadays investors are careful not to get burnt.
