Title: Sent double payment to Bitpay address. Help! Post by: xstr8guy on January 29, 2014, 06:28:07 AM Is there anyway to contact Bitpay customer support. I went crazy at TigerDirect and made several different purchases. I mistakenly (DOH!) used the same Bitpay address twice for two different orders. Is there any way to reverse one of the transactions? Bitpay is very clever and doesn't offer any customer/purchaser support contact info. The only help you can find on their site is for merchants... unless I'm blind and/or drunk... both are possible at this moment. ;)

I've contacted TigerDirect but I don't see how they would have any record of a bitcoin payment that was sent to Bitpay by mistake.
