My motherboard has 1 PCI Express 1.0 Slot, running an HD 7970 GPU. Everything seems ok, I got a hasrate ~700KHs after playing with parameters. The board has no additional PCI Express slot. Is it possible to connect an additional GPU (HD 7970) to the x1 slot with a cable 1x-16x? Or do I have to buy a new board with enough slots? Thanks for any information! Title: Re: HD 7970 on x1?
