He never replied to any PMs nor did he login again since his loan is due.

We (Boelens and I) have given him this loan, because he had a previous loan with us and his reason sounded quite legit. He did once come with a good reason (family in Philippines needed the money to rebuild) so we gave him so more time. Now our patience has run out. We have send him a message on 14 January 2014 asking to pay back the loan, but he hasn't replied nor repaid us.
Want to loan 0.3btc I will pay within 21 days. I will pay 0.4 btc. Reason: I have to pay for my server.
