I can't understand how people don't know nothing yet about orphan blocks, rejected with low diff... I suppose they are newbies. And first POOL begin working 15min after launch, that is good. So everything was good here. How many blocks did you get btw? Just 5 at the beginning. I don't have too much mhs so it was ok I think. I got 10 blocks in the 1st minute after the launch. There still have : 4191 blocks not calculated (delay) so you might already see some confirms. but still in the backlog. don't worry. when the difficulty goes higher, the rate to generate blocks goes down, than it is time for the machine to calculate the blocks faster. it took me too much cpu power to do it.
