USPS reclassified mail this year, and we've been making adjustments to our shipping calculations ever-since! This is definitely a bug! Please check again at your convenience - it is $6 flat rate for a single card, or $8 for up to 6 cards. We will continue to work on the algorithm this evening for higher quantities as well.
