Title: Paxful 2FA Post by: OmegaStarScream on June 02, 2018, 12:49:38 PM I lost access to my 2FA and I believe I wasn't given a backup up (or never wrote it down). I don't have funds in my account so I'm not worried but I would like to use the same account instead of creating another one. Does anyone know what is the procedure here as I couldn't find anything on their FAQ.

Not sure as well if there's a proper procedure to report this, but try contacting their support via the live chat on the website. If I remember correctly that's what they suggested on twitter recently to the user with 2FA SMS problem, though it was SMS, it's still about 2FA.

For those who are facing the same problem, just contact them the support from email and explain the situation, you'll be asked some questions that only the owner of the account would know (last transaction amount, payment method used) etc. |
