Cryptsy has far and away the best support out there from what I have seen. Which is good because their exchange tends to have a lot of issues. Everytime i contacted them they responded after a few days. If you dont get your coins after WEEKS then maybe they are scammers but if its been a day or two..come on.

Cryptsy have a great support unbelievable,i contact BTER support now ,they will respond immediately. in a few days, you will recieve your coins even by horse!they did a lot of things 100 years ago.
