 Hello , Orbis project ( www.orbistransfer.com ) is looking for support of the crypto community for marketing and advertising. Due to a small budget , we cannot afford for the moment marketing and advertising to make the project succesful.
 We have a working product ( our own blockchain, investors/supporters can contact us for details) but we lack advertising and marketing to reach the capital needed for licenses.

Have you tried marketing on social media's, maybe like creating a page on facebook, twitter and other social networks.

Why not heir a campaign manager who can handle this things for you guys! You can reach an agreement with the manager to pay him with ORBiS coins that will solve the limited budget problem you guys have right now,also the manager will probably have some good ideas to boost your project marketing etc ... .

so you guys need 'advice' on how to move forward or you need marketing/advertising but can't afford to pay much?
if just simple advice, why not just create Announcement thread in Service Announcements (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=84.0) and open a referral program
or hire campaign manager to run social media bounty programs payable in your ORBS or ORBSi

I think they already have a bounty campaign on going.

I reckon you need a social promotion on youtube, facebook, and other mundane sites if that is the case you need to have an influential person that can handle the job for a reasonable agreement I've seen a lot of people doing that in this service section you just need to search for them.
