This is maybe a long list of users who copypaste themself,quote eachothers in differents 3d for bumping. OK, the 24-hour limit is now in place in the sections that people mentioned. Those bots would post something to bump the thread and delete it after a few seconds/minutes. Their purpose is definitely to bump up certain ICO ANN threads considering that's where they exclusively post and I dont' think that they are involved in any signature campaigns.
Whether it's a broken bot, or whatever, we don't know. But it doesn't really matter either way, we know they are an offender of the forum rules and they should be banned. He doesn't post it twice in the same thread though, it's different threads.I've reported one post for each, asking to ban them. I love seeing high ranked spammers get banned now! I think of it as destroying 100 and 250 "initial Merit", and that's something the spammers will never get back!
