Title: Is MyRig.com to be trusted? Post by: squatz1 on June 02, 2018, 10:46:16 PM I'm looking into a company to do some repairs on rigs, and I've seen MyRig.com come up time and time again.
Has anyone used this company before? What are their prices for repairs? Time of Repairs? Etc. They seem to show little to no information, so it would be nice to confirm they are legitimate from people here. Title: Re: Is MyRig.com to be trusted? They've been involved with the Halong Mining thing recently.

Yes, they are.In addition to what "gentlemand" posted, they're listed on Bitmain itself: Support > Repair Guide > Scroll down to the very last part: You can also send the faulty parts to Bitmain Warranty in the United States. Bitmain Warranty is a separate company. Post by: leowonderful on June 03, 2018, 08:51:59 PM They're usually much quicker for repairs than shipping miners to Bitmain, and they're great for out-of-service warranty. Pricing for repairs depends on what parts need repair. I have miners hosted by them, and miner uptime is almost 99% with them.
