Where millions of pairs of eyes, will concentrate his attention on every game and champion his idol country to become world champion. bitcoin is not considered a currency by the Russian government (I think they consider it as a commodity but I am not sure) so I do not think something huge like World Cup in Russia is going to accept payments in bitcoin for the tickets they sell. if this was in another country that has already accepted bitcoin as a currency such as Japan you can be sure that they will accept bitcoin as payment as we will see in 2 years (?) when the Olympics starts there.

So I do not think something very big like the world cup will receive payment in bitcoin to pay for the tickets they sell. It is possible to set up a service for the planning team to accept bitcoins for purchase, but all come to play depends on the view the government of Russia have on cryptocurrency. If it will be willing to accept it ,then is possible.

it is also possible to exchange your bitcoin to local fiat money and buy ticket for the football, if you mean buy ticket via bitcoin depends on country to country city to city if they accept bitcoin as a transparent money, you can also check out their website the one held the football game and contact their support if they accepting bitcoin to buy tickets.

Buy you cannot buy directly. You will need to transact with a third party to buy it. Someone or a company who is willing to accept bitcoin as payment in exchange for them buying it with whatever payment system the ticketing wants.
I bet it will be expensive and also they will add some payments for that including conversions and risks of accepting bitcoin.

indeed there is no shade purchasing tickets with bitcoin, but if the transaction is done by individuals I think it is possible because the transaction is easier without having to go through a difficult bureaucracy like queuing at the counter

Maybe one day Russian government will acknowledge and make it be used in tickets selling and purchasing. There is a possibility in the future

Their Official site says, " All major Credit cards, PayPal and in some countries, Direct Bank transfers are accepted. " So NO, Bitcoin is not listed as one of the payment methods. I see some of the matches is almost sold out.  ::)

I figure a lot of tickets will become available on the Black markets and these guys might accept Bitcoin as a payment option. In many of these events there are a lot of fake tickets sold, so be very careful.  ;)

While Bitcoin isn't being used yet for official ticket booking, we might still use it for booking tickets. Bitcoin was meant to be used as a payment method.
If you know a broker who accepts Bitcoin as a payment then you might book the tickets from him or else you can find a person who can buy the tickets in the fiat currency in exchange for Bitcoin. I am sure there will be many people willing to buy the tickets for you. You can put it up in the services section.

Because the big tournament in Russia is to be held in the Foodball World Cup so that it is not possible to buy or sell a ticket with bitcoin. I think people will pay cash or card for tickets. And I can assume that mostly people, who have BTC try to hold it till price will rise up and don’t want to spend it. This is just my opinion. But still it would be a great opportunity to show the county as crypto positive if they had such facilities.

Depending on the organizing committee of the match, whether they will accept bitcoin as a ticket payment tool or not. To buy tickets online, maybe you can. But to buy directly should not be, because bitcoin in Russia is still considered illegal.

I don't think that it is possible to purchase tickets for the fifa's world cup matches through bitcoin, as they don't accept them neither online or in the tickets both in the stadium, however i am pretty sure that there will be people out there who bought tickets and want to take advantage of this and sell them on the black market for higher price and with bitcoin.

This decision is taken by the organisation hosting the event so in this case, if we want Bitcoin as a payment system we can approach the organisation directly or indirectly (through the platforms like Change.org). However, on the other hand, the government has not yet recognised cryptocurrencies through the eyes of law so these big organisations might hesitate to accept Bitcoin as a payment system at this stage.
