Title: Good news, Gyft is going to expand internationally this year.

I sent an email to Gyft today, and asked them if they will be opening their operation in the UK. And they replied

I can't wait for them to come out internationally. So many places we can use bitcoin to pay for services and goods.  ;D

They already said they will be operating in the UK soon.

I don't see the big deal in gyft. If I was gonna spend my coins I want to spend them directly, not exchange them for giftcards.

It's still good news and is promoting the use of Bitcoin, but yeah, I would rather use Bitcoins directly to buy things, but hopefully that'll come later.

I want to buy things on Amazon UK. They told me they are not going to accept bitcoin. So this is the only way I can buy from Amazon UK using bitcoin.  :)
