I've granted one license to it, (http://www.bitcoinrotator.com/, since abandoned, broken project) He stole the code from there and uploaded it for free here. Faucets are not profitable for the end user. What do you mean? It's not a faucet... It's a faucet rotator script. This script allows you to set faucet links and allow users to easily rotate between them by clicking the previous or next button. There's also room to profit with the adspace at the top.
