Title: [WTS] 2007-W $50 "Burnished" Gold Amercian Eagle PCGS MS69 FIRST STRIKE
Post by: JUPITYR on June 05, 2018, 01:55:01 AM
Looking to sell a 2007-W $50 Gold American Eagle 1 oz coin graded MS69 FIRST STRIKE by PCGS.  This is not a standard bullion example, but rather the collector's edition UNC version with the "Burnished Planchet".  Located in the USA and would prefer to sell to a buyer in the USA, but will consider other territories on a case by case basis.  PM offer in BTC if interested.  Escrow available through MinerJones if desired.

Hi,

So you have no amount in mind?

I'm happy to PM you a very lowball offer?

Might be helpful to add a price you are considering :)

thanks!

I'd love to make an offer for it, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I order gold from outside the EU, customs rapes me, and I spend months trying to claim it back because it is a legal tender coin and therefore should have been exempt. Good luck with the sale, she is a beauty.

Agreed with buckrogers here, you need to add a price you are wanting for your item.

Understood on the EU thing.  More or less the reason I was hoping to find a USA based buyer.

As for price, PCGS places a market value of around $1700 on this.  I wouldn't expect quite that much, but something in the ballpark in terms of equivalent BTC

You shouldn't go off of PCGS price guide. @roadkill72

Exactly why I said I wouldn't expect that much in terms of offers.  Spot gold is at $1300.  PCGS says $1700.  It's a range.
