I would strongly suggest to avoid investing on this ICO for whatever reason you have faith on this project for. Not only they extremely rarely active (lest it be because they're too focused watching World Cup) and refuse to answer inquiries, but their project is also very ridiculous and seems to be hasted.

So you use the word "application" twice) are: World Cup betting, Hash World Cup, Blockchain lottery, World Cup Blockchain.
