Use the flags: -v -w 128 -f 30. Also disable the hardware acceleration on flash.

Im getting -v is not a number and -f invalid arrgument when i try that. if i use -w 128 it works but what are the 2 others and why wont they work?

i would try GUI mining sofware it works every well. and you should have no issues with flags

if your computer is crashing or freezing up it most likely overclocking? reduce the clock speed, or increase the voltage. could also be over heating, double check what kinda temps ya getting.
