Title: Technical or fundamental analysis: what is the best choice?
Post by: harastvo on June 06, 2018, 04:30:50 AM
Technical analysis is very practical, accurate in the short term and convenient in terms of selecting points for entering the market. He does not require any complex skills and specific skills.

However, technical analysis is limited by its own postulates and often does not "notice" the undervalued crypto-currencies that would quickly reveal a fundamental analysis

The fundamental analysis is more labor-intensive and complex, less accessible to novice investors, but the most effective for long-term investment. These types of analysis are so different that the best solution seems to be using both of them. This is exactly what experienced traders advise to do.

The ideal scheme for analyzing the crypto-currency market includes both technical and fundamental analysis. With the help of fundamental analysis, the investor can select the most promising coins and make a decision on the allocation of investments. A technical analysis will help him choose the optimal time taking profit.

You can also act in the reverse order. For example, use technical analysis to find the crypto currency in an uptrend, and then check with a fundamental analysis whether there are objective reasons for its growth.

The combination of shadow and fundamental analysis plays into the hands of both traders who are interested in quick earnings on high volatility of the crypto currency, and portfolio investors who form deposits for long periods.

However, only those who already have experience with crypto-currencies will be able to use them correctly. If the basics of technical analysis can be learned even on YouTube videos, then fundamental analysis for beginners is generally not available.

For starters, you just need to read analytical summaries, take part in discussions at thematic forums such as www.bitcointalk.org and raise your level with all available training materials.

What do you prefer: technical or fundamental analysis?

If you are a daily trader en the fundamental analysis which means that you are looking at the concept and the numbers only are the best and the least time-consuming way to judge a coin and predict its true value this does not work for long-term traders

I do not genuinely have a positive technique to the crypto market. I understand that I do not recognise sufficient to make an knowledgeable guess or maybe any type of advice. To be honest, I basically went by gut feeling. This marketplace remains shifting to speedy and is a ways too volatile to make any guesses.

I think with this you have answered your own question. Technical analysis can be useful for day trading  and short term evaluation. Fundamental analysis makes sense only if the coin has some utility value, which many coins don't really have.

It depends on what to choose and how long to consider. If we consider the fundamental analysis, it is usually used for the analysis of long term, and technical analysis in the near future ;)

And in fact whatever that news is a fake news but the market will be following it. You can see that how so many fake news have created to make a lot of people to get panic feels.
Technical analysis will not work while there will be a fundamental support whatever if that was fake news or not.

I think both are relevant in the market, but while good applicantion of Technical analysis will help in preventing huge losses while applying the trade stop loss techniques, The fundamental analysis hugely depends on news and happenings and they are most causes of huge pump and dips aside the usual artificial pumps, Technical a analysis helps to stay safe and it is core while fundamental is auxiliary

As a trader, both Technical and Fundamental Analysis are important. This is because as TA is important to know price movements, expected levels and entry points, FAs are important to know what positive news or negative news from the project will impact the price of the coin.
