I know you can fake an active dev team with a big ICO and a lot of money.  But not so much when it's people working from the ground up on some good ideas.  Any new coins like that?

OAX is small cap coin with very active and good team, it would be very good investment but not many people can realize such coins.

My favorite small cap projects with teams totally focused on development are The Hive Project ($HVN) and Hydrogen Platform ($HYDRO)

If you are looking for undervalued gems, then you should check Modum project (MOD), they got very active team and big partners.
They are trying to develop IoT solution for pharma industry which is valued in billions and this means that this coin will be worth hundreds one day

I have only a few tokens whose market cap is less than $10M and is ranked 500+ is coinmarketcap. I have Playkey which is a token for gaming. The dev team are continuously working on their platform. They even have working beta platform working. They also have "mining" feature that is well explained in their whitepaper. Another token is Atlant, I believe that this is the leading Real Estate related project that focuses on tokenized ownership and global p2p rentals. They have daily logs is github and their testnet has been launched.

It's a smallcap new coin that aims to develop distributed public key infrastructure protocol, through used the passwordless security system. It's still undervalued right now. I can say that it has so many potential.

this reminds me of the cindicator with the achievement of ico only 15 million dollars (hard cap), but the project and its products continue to grow. currently the cindicator is ranked 145 in cmc, priced at $0.058 (5 times higher than ico price) and has a market cap of 83 million dollars. if you are interested, then take your time to research it.

You could checkout the Ergo project that has an active development team who are working on their own blockchain platform

If you want invest in any new coin you must be especially careful because these coins are the riskiest to invest, because we have not a lof sure informations about them.

Anyway for me good option will be OAX because this coin has good team which is very active

The best option for investing in a new coin is when you accompany the project from the time of the preliminary sale of the tokens. If everything happens before your eyes and your control, then you will have more confidence in this project.
