I wrote about the fact that XTRABIT can benefit from the fact that it works with fiat, unlike for example, Binance. I think for everyone it's hard to compete with Binance
but people believe don't like monopolies and like decentralization - that's why there will be always place for smaller sites

Nice exchange, I registered and did some BTC/ETH and also some trading of Litecoin and DASH
I don't need to move in or out cash, but that you work with it is a big advantage

Exchange industry is really taking over the cryptocurrencies market and my happiness is that we have less scam in exchange during icos compare to other of icos. Any exchanges that is regulated is a good one especially by the governments.  I hope it is open to international market and we can actually make money trading with them from other countries.
