I like this article much better than your last. It's actually well thought out and written. I could do without the all caps titles though. To reiterate from your previous thread. The merit system may not be perfect but it is far from a failure. The trust system may not be perfect but it is far from a failure. Read full article here: https://medium.com/@filip.poutintsev/if-we-ever-build-human-reputation-program-how-should-it-be-done-14edf89b40e1 you cant really build a trustworthy one in the longterm, someone with good reputation somewhere will have a bad reputation somewhere else. good and evil, right and wrong are in the end just worths, someone evil can be someone elses good, etc. a reputation programm also cant forsee the future, or forsee the future trustworthyness, it can maximum draw down what happened in the past. will be quite though. additionally you will get issues because you might end up with privileging the privilged discriminating the unesteblished. regards |
