So whether the said exchange is legal as how can they operate when government have declared cryptocurrency trading as illegal and who ever is doing is doing at his own risk.

So whether the said exchange is legal as how can they operate when government have declared cryptocurrency trading as illegal and who ever is doing is doing at his own risk. Correct, How new exchange get license for allowing crypto trading. If you can find me any documents that the government declared that trading cryptocurrency is illegal that would be great so that because there is none from the authorities :P , the only thing is that the RBI asked the banks to stop dealing with the crypto exchanges and has given a dead line which is being challenged in court and the verdict will be heard in court by next month. SO even if they have to close now they would have earned money and you will end up in a loss only. They are just not backing it and they don't want it in the country because of chances of money laundering. If the banking services will be stopped to indian exchanges, then they will run only crypto to crypto trading just like Binance and other big international exchanges.
