Title: Sr. Member account
Post by: iluvbitcoins on June 08, 2018, 07:59:36 PM
I got one Sr. Member account from a defaulted loan, it's been a couple of years since the loan was defaulted, I gave the acc to a couple of friends to use but after a while they stopped using it and gave it back to me.

I don't have any use for it, so I guess I'll auction it in order to break even.

It's a Sr. Member account, registered in 2012, I believe it has a lot of potential activity, and since all the potential activity calculators are down, I don't know how much exactly he has, but I'm pretty certain he is a potential Hero Member (with activity)

No default trust feedback at all.
In untrusted feedback there's a couple of positive feedbacks but not anything special.

I have control over the staked address under the account and will give the account address to you.

I will not sell to people with a red tag.

Auction end: June 16th 2:00 AM bitcointalk forum time
Starting bid: 0.08BTC
Minimum bid increment: 0.005BTC

Oh yeah
Sniping: Each bid 30 minutes before the end or less prolongs the auction for 30 more minutes

I'm going to assume that you're going to get painted red for this, as account sales are something which are frowned upon a good amount more now --as years ago I do recall it not being too much of an issue.

But as a side note, why do you think this account is worth .08-.1? That's around $500-700 for an account, which isn't even a hero member yet -- as you're going to have to accumulate a good amount of merit to get to that level. Could you explain the reason for the pricing?

I'm not interested to buy account, but can you tell me, how this account can be potential Hero Member if it doesn't have 500 Merit.
And I'm wondering why nobody didn't gave you negative trust rating to you. Or is it OK when trusted user selling bitcointalk account?

I brought this up the other day: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4476583.msg40300093#msg40300093

Since then it appears that The Pharmacist has now removed his negative rating that I swear I remember seeing on there. I'm not sure why he's done that?

If you still have this and are looking to sell I will buy but only if you  drop the price.  The price you have listed for only a senior ranked account is very high compared other dealers.

I guess it has something to do with me controlling the Gringotts depository with 1400+ XMR (600 000$ at 420$ prices) for over a year and never scamming anyone (while holding other cryptos in escrow at the same time too)

------------

Hmm.
Seems like taking an account as collateral for a loan was a really shitty idea.
Is there a way to reinstate my trust?

Yeah, taking Bitcointalkaccount as collateral and attempt to sell it was shitty idea. I'm surprised that you - experienced and trusted member didn't know that.
Only users who left negative trust rating can remove it. You need to contact Lauda and The Pharmacist. But I think that's not likely that they will remove it. You made a mistake and now you need to accept consequences.
