They had a no-go, changes and go. It's the first step towards creating democratic ethics for blockchain. Though we can use a bit more decentralization in the future. Still, EOS will be one of the main blockchains in the world. But they will face fierce competition. By the way, for a project just reaching mainnet, I think it is deeply overvalued. Just my take, let's see how adoption goes, how many projects build on top of EOS and if this valuation is justified or not. No financial advise.

It's really good for every EOS holders and the sharp increase in price signifies how eager the people are and the launch too closes the door for some conspiracies. This is not decentralized network like other crypto blockchain. I wont invest any in EOS. Good luck!
