I have opened tickets that were closed without reason, posted here, posted on reddit, and many other places, Be careful when using cryptsy, they will scam you. They have found the perfect way to do it, by stealing small amounts from many people, and deleting the tickets that are opened regarding the issues. They will then blame the initial problem (the theft) is due to a bug, and that the deleted ticket as well. Cryptsy is the best exchange. If their system delayed your withdrawal you should thank their algorithm. When your trying to catch the upswing its usually nice to have your coins arrive in a tick or 2 or you miss out. Ive gotten wise, I now keep a stock of coin there.
